They also have been tested for dielectric strength under 10,000 Volt in a water bath in accordance with DIN EN 60900 (IEC 60900:2004)to encourage the users to trust a reliable insulation when live working up to 1000 Volt.

Individual immersion test at 10,000 Volt to guarantee safety working up to 1000 Volt.

Low-temperature Impact Test

When the tools are cooled down to -40°C, proceed the insulated part with impact test. The insulation must retain the though against breaking.

High-temperature Adhesive Power Test

After storage for 168 hours at 70°C, pull the insulated part with tensile force of 500Nm for 3 minutes. This test ensures that the insulation still stays firm and remain snug against the tool body.

Burning Behavior Test

Pro’sKit insulated tools use flame-resistant plastics for insulation to protect users.
